This sliding screen door corner assembly is used on Jim Walters Doors and several other manufacturers. It is an all-in-one corner and roller combination. It is made of stamped aluminum with an adjustment screw and center grooved spring activated high density polyethylene roller attached at the end of the bottom leg. The roller is 1 in Dia. The corner fits into the sliding screen door frame holding the bottom or top rails and the side stiles together. This roller assembly with M shaped tension spring with a 1 in high density polyethylene ball bearing roller is used by several patio door manufacturers. The heat-treated tension spring is 2-5/16 in L and shaped like an M giving it the tension needed by the screen door to slide properly. This sliding screen door roller assembly insert has an high density polyethylene frame with an adjustable high density polyethylene inner housing and high density polyethylene ball bearing roller. The assembly inserts into the bottom or top of the sliding screen door using the included screws. The roller adjusts to the correct position needed. This style is found on Columbia sliding screen doors but is also used on very many other screen door manufacturers. Note dimensions and design when comparing with the roller assembly to be replaced.

This sliding screen door roller assembly fits the Andersen Narroline, Frenchwood and Perma-Shield doors. The roller assembly snaps into place with the adjustment stem being accessible on the edge of the door frame. The housing is high density polyethylene with a grooved 1-1/4 in Dia high density polyethylene roller. This sliding screen door roller assembly is made from a steel housing with a 1 in steel ball bearing roller. The roller arm is adjustable with the adjusting screw on the end of the roller assembly. Often found on Peachtree sliding screen doors as well as other patio door manufacturers. Installation only requires the roller assembly to be inserted into the rectangle opening in the bottom of the door frame. Then you slide it back until the installation holes align and install the screw. This steel housing and spring-loaded arm with the 1 in steel ball bearing roller attached is used by Bay-Mills as well as several patio door manufacturers. The roller arm is spring-loaded and adjusted by the adjustment sleeve and screw on top.
